He should have filled out his tag and attached it to the an antler on the buck. Videoing while he was doing it. Sorta like catch and release hunting.

Was there a camping park nearby somewhere in the district ? That buck has been hand fed lots' of times . You should have taken a selfie with him

Obviously a hand raised deer. In fact the deer gets down wind and smells the hunter, then comes in looking for the familiar smell.
