Youngest son was successful this morning!
Not the largest buck but it is only his second whitetail but his best! I was torn on letting him shoot because of age but we only hunt 12 acres and don't see a ton of deer, we mainly take a doe during youth season but when he showed up the boy got excited and practically begged to shoot him since he met AR Reg, I wasn't going to tell him no and we decided to take him. Proud father of course and I know there's nothing better than being with young hunters when they harvest game especially when their your own child!
We want to also send luck to ALL youth hunting this weekend in our great state and to ALL hunters this season on Safe travels and Successful Harvests!!
