What is this and whats on its head?

A friend of mine sent this to me this morning asking what I thought it was and what is on its head. I have my ideas but would like to see what yall think.

Domestic goat with 2 pieces of PVC pipe taped with gorilla tape to its horns to keep it from sticking his head in the fence and getting hung up. Owner has probably been having to get the goat out of the fence, so he taped the pvc pieces of pipe to keep it from getting hung up in the fence, which might be your feed pen where he is sticking his head to eat your corn.

Yep, we raise goats and sometimes have to do the same thing. You always get one that can't resist the grass on the other side and they get their horns stuck when trying to get back.

Goats are there terrorist of the animal world. They sure are funny but i can see the mischief and headache that goat has caused just by looking at that picture.

Those are a new type night headlights without blinkers with auto on off.
