Folks have been seeing a monster when he comes out in a private field. I stare at the wire on the wrong side of the posts in that field too much to see the deer in it.

Bucks like that usually end up being really big when they get older or if they get older.

Rarely. I get hung up on 1 buck and eat tag soup pretty often.

I kill them, I don't hunt them. Buzzards seemed real happy with our efforts around lunch the next day.

Not sure what happened with the hogs this year. For years our hog traps sit empty without catching anything. The last two times we set them we caught a total of 9. The buzzards are very happy!

Still waiting on that quadruple drop 240"er to make an appearance.
