One brow tine at 2 years old

Got a picture of a little 7 point every night the last week. He looks like a 2 year old deer. He doesn't have a brow tine on his right side. The tine on the left is 3" long or so. What are the chances he has one next year? Mass already seems pretty decent for his young age.

I wouldn't cull him yet. He could have broken it early and polished it off so you can't tell. Also, young deer grow funny sometimes, he might have both next year and not miss a beat.

Can't cull him any ways, he's under 13 inches. I was mostly just curious.
