I just secured my 2016-2017 lease

I just secured my 2016-2017 lease - 12/03/15 03:28 AM

It's never too early to start planning for next year. I was proactive and approached a local land owner about 5 weeks ago and have been very satisfied with the small tract of land. I spoke with the land owner today in anticipation of filling feeders again (I've been feeding some healthy deer) and he said "go ahead. It's all yours". I punched my buck tag and am hesitant on filling my doe tag because I just haven't seen many girls out there. A few of next year's hit list....

No. I I got a lead on another fella looking to lease the property for grazing and I wanted to make sure the land owner knew I was interested for next year's season. The taxes are less than $70/year so anything more than that puts him in the black. And I don't want to top off feeder/fill feeders if I'm not going to be back out there.
