Why would they clean it and dump it, or even shoot it in the first place? Idiots.

They left the best parts of the deer still on the deer. Maybe they were going to try and sell the kidney or liver on the black market confused2

They probably found a bigger buck and decided they didn't want that one. makes no sense to me but I've known people like that. I know a guy when I lived in CO that shot a spike elk (pre-point restriction days) and he ran across a big 5x5 bull on his way to the truck. He dumped the bigger bull and never went back for the spike. Pissed me off when I heard about it.

Looks like someone got it ready for transport. Then abondoned it.

I will play devil's advocate and say, what I they were transportting it and it came loose and fell out/off of the vehicle? Not likely, but possible.

That is what I was thinking, makes little sense to go to the trouble, just to dump it. Even in an AR county, that is a legal spike it appears.

Can say I never seen the front legs cut like that though.

Not in this case, its a poacher. If it fell out of a vehicle and was taken by a lawful hunter, it would have a tag attached.

Maybe the tag was on a front leg? Just sayin...

Given a back leg is also broken, I'd think there's something else in play besides just a poach.
