Things look good where I'm at. Of course its muddy, but lots of deer are hitting the feeders. The food plots look good.

I'm seeing some larger bucks running with the does now. Not chasing but with the does. Getting closer.

It is pretty muddy at my home place but some of the other places didn't get very much , the rain kind of split up some . I have been seeing quite a few bucks running with does and a couple are really staying close . It looks like we might get a little rain today it has that look this morning.

It's very wet and acorns still on the ground. Food plots have jumped up and the deer are laying off the corn. Lots of tender winter grass coming up. New bucks showing up daily. The rut is on, we saw many bucks chasing the last three days. Like normal, it will be hot and heavy for rifle opener.

Was in Priddy Sunday, was fairly dry. Can't help on the deer part
Pride was dry? I was in Caradan Saturday and we got stuck twice in a 4wd truck.

Priddy is always "fairly dry" on Sundays....the real "wet" times are Friday and Saturday afternoons!!
6 miles north of G'waite, it's in good shape. enough rain to make the creek run but you can drive around easy. They got a little rain this morning, but son said it's not bad.
Deer are moving and hitting the feeders, some of the buck are running does some are hitting the feeders.
Should be a good weekend with the cooler temps.
Don't forget the General Store is having their big buck contest.
