SW Taylor County

SW Taylor County - 10/22/15 10:46 AM

This guy recently showed up at my tripod location. No feeder, just hand thrown corn. Any thoughts on age or score? Tines seem pretty long, especially the brows.

5-6 years old maybe older. Bald knees and saggy brisket on that one scream mature no matter how old he really is.

Mature 8 for sure. Can't see width but should go close to 130.

130 ish and 6+ is what I was thinking. Nice to see new bucks starting to show up.

Older buck, ears are a bit saggy as well. Long brows will push his score upper 130s, depends on mass, main beam length and spread which is hard to judge from the pics.

Good looking mature buck.

We're in SW Taylor as well...first year on a new lease so hoping to have a few mature buck encounters this season.

Definitely an old fellow. Nice rack with those long brows. I'd take him, proudly. up
