Not sure if he does processing too but Coates Taxidermy in San Saba has a cooler and will store your deer for minimal $$

P&R processing in Watson (15 miles SE of Lampasas), Hunter's Creek on US183 a few miles north of US183/TX29 (Liberty Hill/Seward Junction), Brizendine's in Bertram ... all very good fairly close to the Lampasas area.
