Looks like a 100 inch deer that would be a good buck to hunt if you like him. Ive hunted bucks like this one. When they make it to three and really aren't putting on the tine length, it wouldn't hurt to try and hunt him. Unless he is your best buck and you can hold off another season, but he may only gain another 10 to 15 inches. Ive noticed that a typical framed buck that really hasn't sprouted out like he may seem that he should, most of the time stays the same in looks and antler mass, but you are sometimes surprised. If he was a three year old ten point, I would say let him go for sure.
