Where I am hunting is not known for many big deer and this guy is about as big as they come. I am really excited to see what he turns out like.

Looks like a nice 10pt to me.

That deer is a lot further along in antler development than what I have been seeing here in VA

Good potential in a few more years

I really hope we get to see him in a couple years. But where I am, chances are that deer won't be around.

You're probably right about the area you hunt. That is a real shame because that deer could be a giant in a few years!

I love the anticipation this time of year when the bucks are growing antlers. Wondering how big they will get and will they be back around, or around at all during hunting season.

That's a beautiful young buck. I hope he gets the chance to spread it around for a few years.
