Finally found a good lease option dealing DIRECTLY with a LO for 3000 acres @ $6.00 an acre. Looks to be well managed by the game cam pics and plenty of exotics/turkey as well. Pretty pumped at this point and hope it all works out for a long term deal. Good hunting land is still out there when you can deal directly with a land owner.
