First post - curious on score

I've been reading on this board for awhile now and never have posted. I'm pretty sure this buck is 3.5... maybe 4.5 but what I am not good at is judging score. I know its not high but i'm just curious as to what class he falls in. We still have 2 weekends left and I'm hoping he makes it another year. I had him on camera last year as well and if he continues to develop like he did from last year to next he could be pretty nice.

Get him on the ground and then score him. Nothing wrong with that buck

He ought to be in the 105" range, give or take.

I don't disagree - but where i'm hunting we've decided to pass on all bucks this season. Trying to let them grow up....

What county? I understand the letting him walk. He looks like to be 120 more or less in those pics and a 4 yr old. Great browtines add to score.

In Atascosa County. And yes, his browtines make him a really nice 8. He had decent browtines last year - much better this year though.

I was going to guess Atascosa just from the soil and mesquite. McCoy?

My guess if 4 years old and mid to hi teens, 115-118. He has great brows, but 3's look weak.

good looking buck . Brow tines are impressive. 4 and 125-130. Cool deer will be a hoss next yr

There are some good deer on and around the Arrow S Ranch.

I think he's 3.5, could be 4.5. 118". I think letting him walk is a good idea, he could be pretty nice next year.
