Headed to the Lone Star State in 2 hrs.

Rolling out about 2:45 to Highland Village to spend the night at my Sister's house then dad and I are on to Bear Creek Ranch to hunt with Lonnie for the next 3 days. Can't wait.... never been on a big time hunt like this in nearly 30 years of deer hunting and I'm pumped up! If you see a white f150 with Razorback plates rolling down the interstate honk!!!! Hope to have lots of pics to post when I get back!!!!

Dad scored on a FREAK non typical 11 point yesterday. 149 and some change. We had an awesome weekend at Bear Creek. You guys should check it out. You won't meet a harder worker than Lonnie. It doesn't take long to see how passionate he is about his deer herd. Before we left we were already trying to make plans for next year! I will get some pics up in the next day or two.
