Ouch. I was out today and had a buck tempting the fence before dawn and then had 5 doe show at the other stand....always just out of reach for me sad thing is I don't even know where the buck went, he literally just vanished (I think he went back behind the tree line and retreated behind the trees rather than in front like he came).

But, to have that buck tempt me would have been even that much more frustrating. At least you got some brownie points for shopping, I hope

I've been pretty lucky -- been able to hunt ~3x per week since opener of bow season.

Maybe next season you can pick the ~3x per week you get to hunt

Man do I EVER feel your pain right now..But its gonna look like a Fighter taking off of the Deck of a Aircraft Carrier with a Vapor Trail behind me celebrating Baby Jesus Birth in a stand..

Next season? Heck I still got 14 days to try and redeem myself and put Plan B in the dirt.

I've only been in Blood, Bath, & Beyond once in about the last 5 years. She specifically said she wanted a coffee mug from there. Wild horses wouldn't have gotten me there today, even if couldn't hunt. You should have major points coming your way.
