He comes by every day like clockwork. I call him lefty. I think the pic makes it seem like he's stuck his head through but I'm not too sure.

According to our game warden he is not, doesn't meet the "at least one unbranched antler requirement", if there were any kind of hardened antler/nub on the missing side he would be legal though.

if the "short" side meets or exceeds one inch in length is the exact law if i am not mistaken ?
