was today ........ jap and cheese smoked links, put em on the MEC for 4 hours at 225 with 1/2 Hickory and 1/2 Mesquite. Rudolph's meat market on Elm in Dallas is making them for the second year in a row. Better than any I've had. A dollar a pound cheaper than Kuby's too. $6.00 a pound for the meat you take in, they ad a pound of pork and cheese and jalapenos. Dang !! Take in 50 pounds, it's $300.00 and you have 100 pounds when processed. Kuby's charges $4.00 a pound for the final processed weight.
Why are these things always 150 miles out of my way?
