Buck Harvest Question

Can you kill a 13" or greater AR qualifying buck in multiple counties with AR's. I know you can only kill one in a a 2 buck AR county but can you skip over to another and another until your buck tags as a whole are full. I may be reading too far into this but I'm confused!
