Have youto ever had a day when your stomach said, nope you arent going hunting yet? Well that was me today. I Arrived way later than expected

Saw 1 deer running off as i was walking in. Hope the area settles quickly.

Back out for an evening hunt, didnt see a thing this morning. Nothing yet tonight. Getting to the good time of the hunt now

Watching two little deer and a 4 pt. No shooters

Back in the stand this morning. Had a small non shooter asymmetrical 6 pt follow my doe peein drag trail in. Got right under my stand , looked up a ran off 10 yds stopped, then walked away. I also saw a doe starting to come in from the field but just before jumping the fence she took off.

Back again for most likely to be my last hunt this weekend. Hoping to see some legal deer to take a shot at. Its a beautiful afternoon!

Thanks desert dog. I didnt see anything last night. Still no deer for me, bowhunting is a fun yet challenging way to bag a deer!
