Man they are high, I bought some 3 year old bucks that were nice but not superb. I gave 2800 each for them.. Live sale. Bough some yearlings this year for 650$ good luck on the search

As mentioned, they are high but also all over the board. Four year olds all over based on how good they are. Yearing nub bucks are currently selling for $500 or so.
One year olds around $800, two year olds around $1200-1350
Three year olds around $1800-2000.
I either have some now or will have some when I start catching in a few months of all ages in a limited number.

I highly recommend Rick. I have bought axis and fallow from
him. Healthy and exactly what he described upon delivery.

From what I've heard, the price of exotics has been rising because of all the oil field money out there. Those guys are doing well and willing to spend it on the animals, so the more they spend, the more demand there is, and the higher the price goes. With the massive drop in the price of oil, the money won't be there to spend on exotics and if the demand declines, the price should drop. My guess is those with animals will have to start accepting less money for them.
