Bad Boy Buggy owner opinions plz

Thinking about picking up a 2008 BBB. New batteries installed last October and new cable connectors by authorized repair shop. Longest distance to the stand is 1.1 mile. Slight grade throughout the property. Also filling protein and corn feeders during the year and hunting season. Will use around the house with tank sprayer and gardening. Would you recommend? How long does a charge last? How many years from a set of batteries?
BTW. He is asking 3500 for it with some wiggle room.

My cousin has one and loves it. The lack of engine noise is a big plus. The only problem he has with it is that it isn't good in the heavy Louisiana 'gumbo mud', which drags the batteries down real fast. So, if you live in where the mud isn't so bad, or if the mud is rather thin (like central TX), you shouldn't have big problems.

I would think the steering components and suspension would not hold up in rocky conditions.

The current place in central Texas were hunting is walkable in sandals. Would be great for this lease, just thinking about the future. Land owner is prolly not long for this world and the kids will have it on the market the next day. Can buy a Polaris 570 new for 7700. Really like the BBB stealth, like the Ranger for capabilities.

Then do what I did and get a Ranger EV.
I had a lifted golf cart for the first couple of years that we had our place but got the Ranger at the beginning of the 2014 season. It has been great.

I have a 2005 BBB and it is still going. I traded for it 8 years or more. I have replaced the batteries once. Mine is old and has had repairs I am not sure about the 2008's but think they had made major changes by then.

Mine has: only been stuck once - operator error, hauled 400 pounds of corn + 2 people, has only stranded me once - again operator error. If I drive all around the ranch I can put 7 miles on it and it is good. I am in flat country with clay/sand/grabby soup when it rains. I have driven through water deep enough that it came over the floor boards. I have had to stop in the road to keep from running over birds - quiet. I have slept in it (cow down) and don't recommend it - too short. I have pulled cars out of the mud (some people can't follow directions).

Here are the re-occurring issues with mine: brake pads are always wearing out and I don't use the brakes much (just ask people that ride with me), the steering is heavy/hard to turn/big turning radius.

I have driven (I think) a 2015 and it was a vast improvement (especially steering).

Am I glad I traded for mine - YES, would I do it again YES. Would I buy another used one YES. Currently I have a 2005 BBB and a 2008 HuntVe, and a 2010 Honda 4x4 Rancher. If I can't get the chore done with one of these I go to a tractor. All are workhorses.
