3010 Transmule owners

I'm buying a 3010 trans4x4 mule from my dad and it's needing some tires fairly soon and was wondering what size yall are running? I plan to run the Surefoot Essex tires, which we put on dad's Kubota RTV, but I'm reading mixed reviews on tire sizes for these mules. I don't mind putting a 2" lift on it to gain a little ground clearance, but I've seen anywhere from 25-27" tires will work. Will a 27" tire rub anywhere with a 2" lift?

I am running 27" tires under a 3" lift on a 4010. There is no rub at all. Works perfectly.

As far as I can tell, I can't find a 3" and not having a 4010 next to the 3010, it looks as thought the fender openings are bigger on the 4010. I could be wrong though. Thanks for the tip though. Any others with a 3010 and slightly bigger tires?

Not looking for real big tires, its not a going to be a mudder. I just need new tires and while I'm at it, I'd like to go slightly bigger for better ground clearance.

I had my 3"lift put on at the Kawasaki dealership in Greenville, Texas. It may be worth a call for you.

The 27" tires will work with their lift for the 3010 mule. They use 27x9-12 up front and 27x11-12 in the rear for anyone wondering.
