New thread for 2024, although I'm still doing my fightwear line the bulk stuff deserves it's own thread and the response has been overwhelming (Great Thing).

Get custom printed items with your branding on it. I can do hats, shirts, polos, hoodies, etc if you can think it up I can probably make it happen.

Just finished up a bulk hat order for a forum member.

From concept in my head, created his logo, laser engraved and cut the patches, pressed into hats everything done in house. Thank you Moos.

And a couple of hats I’ve made for myself. Lots of colors and options on the laser effect leather.

Just wanted to post this here for anyone else that is wondering.

I can do embroidered patches for hats, but they have to be subbed out at the moment. Embroidery is about the only thing I can't do in house yet. This will add about a 2 weeks of lead time onto the order and it is more expensive than the leather patches.

As far as the leather patches I've been asked which colors I can do, the picture below is all the colors I'm able to do at the moment. This option, since I can do it in house, saves about $3 per hat which adds up quickly. That is a $75 savings on the minimum order of 25 hats.

The leather isn’t just for hats! Made these Dri-Fit 40 SPF shirts for a construction company and they wanted leather patches vs the screen printing. They turned out great pictures kind of suck though.

To the top, I can now sublimate patches. So any full colored logo or design can go directly to your hat patch without the limitations of embroidery stitching limitations. I’m still in the testing phase of these but will probably go into production in a week or so.
