Hey guys, Mark starts on my roof tommorow. I couldnt believe the price he gave me. It blew the competitors out of the water.

I bricked my shop and since bricking it is now leaking around the perimeter. I am almost 100% sure it is because of the lack of overhang. Let me know if this is something you may be interested in bidding...

I just need 8-10 autocaulks swapped out for lead jacks in The Colony. (I already have most of the lead jacks.) I have a bundle of shingles but no time to mess with it. Let me know if you'd be interested in something this small. I'm waiting for a hailstorm to get the rest of it done.

Attic exhaust fans help as long as there is equal or more intake. Soffit vents are used to pull fresh air from outside up into the super heated attic and push the attic heat out the wind turbine or power vent. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hey guys, Just had my roof done by Mark and his crew. They did a great job at a great price. Mark even met with the insurance adjuster to make sure he didn't miss anything. Ya'll slow up there? We are here in San Antonio. We had a small hail storm just before Thanksgiving that brought some business in. Unfortunately we saw a massive number of storm chasers scoop up a large amount of our business. In fact, so much that, our company and 12 of the other large roofing companies here in San Antonio have teamed up to create an escrow account to fund advertising for all of us, should this happen again. We're going to advertise to keep the money local and trust San Antonio based contractors, in hopes to run out some of these fly by nights. I'd say 85% of the work we normally would have gotten was taken by Quick Roofing and Heritage, two professional storm chasers.
Have you heard about the GAF Lifetime release yet? The normal 30 year shingles are now Lifetime warranty, at the same price. Its been a great selling point for us down here. Not to mention it qualifies them for a Lifetime, non-prorated, warranty. If you're a certified or master elite installer for GAF the warrnaty is free for the next 3 months.
Like you, I'm taking on remodels, gutters and small jobs, just to do something until hail season!

Mark did my roof. He came out to do an inspection after the adjuster said there was no damage. He sent an email to my insurance company about what he found and then met the adjuster out there. He showed them the damage and got my claim rolling again. In the end Mark did a great job and took care of me and all at fair price. I had some insurance issues and the process got drawn out but he hung in there.

Mark came by my place Friday afternoon to look at my roof, etc. He was much more concerned about me getting a fair deal from the insurance co. before we even talked about his price/work. Great guy to deal with. If you have storm damage, give him a call.

I had Mark out a few weeks ago for an estimate and he presented a very good proposal. I did get several other roofing companys out as well, but I decided to go with Mark, main reason I felt I could trust him.
Well this week Mark and his crew did not let me down. Mark did every thing that we agreed on and more. His crew was very courteous, polite, and cleaned up their mess, very professional.

Mark and his crew just finished up my roof.I highly recommend using him, his bid was way lower then the other five i got The roof Looks his guys did a great job They were quick and very efficient. They even cleaned up everything! thanks again mark.

C&F Discount roofing did a great job for us last week, Mark was $1500 less than both the other estimates.
He was on time when he came out to the house.
His crew did a great job and I cant find anything to complain about.
Very rare to get this kind of service these days!!

Mark from C&F Roofing and his crew just replaced my roof last week or so. I had several estimates from other roofers and decided to go with him after hearing and reading others recomendations.
They did a great job on the roof and with clean up, his price was excellent as well. Mark is a great guy to deal with and takes care of you. I highly recommend him and his company.

He had a crew roof my house today and saved us a sizable amount of cash compared to other contractors. He delt with my wife on the contracts and did a very professional job. I've been out of town for work and Mark did this job on short notice, they left everything clean and other than the broken entry way light took every step possible to do a great job.
Mark just giving you a hard time about the broken light globe after saving us the money you saved us I can buy a $15 light fixture.
Do you do carpet and hardwood flooring??????

Mark I refuse to have you buy a light globe after saving us over $600. Heck who knows if the fixture was tight we never use that light so never changed a bulb in it. No worries.

I have needed a new roof for a while but have been putting it off. my roof has conventional 20 year shingles on it now and I think I would like to go with at least a 30 year. I figured 18 squares and it is a simple gable roof with an average pitch. Was going to do it myself but I am limited on time and want to. I live outside of Lipan, Texas. Each side of the roof is about 14 feet wide and it is roughly 64 feet long. I also have two wind turbines I have never put on and I think there is one small soft spot that I need to repair. I would also like your opinion of best type of roof vent to use. Let me know if you are interested and if you can give me a rough estimate now with and without tear off that would be great too. Chris

Aight fellas-if anyone needs roofing work done don't hesitate to contact Mark. I recently used him after a hail storm back in August because of the referrals on the forum, and I have zero complaints. Not only is he a forum member, but he actually met with my adjuster and helped correct their estimate that was $3k short of what it should have been without me getting involved. Mark and his guys are professional, timely, and do a good job. They made sure all residual nails and trash were picked up, covered my pool to keep trash out, recommended a different shingle color that better matched my house, AND roofed my gazebo. If you've got hail damage or need a roofing guy, I wouldn't hesitate to call Mark. We probably received cards on our door for 30 different BBB roofers; however, it feels better knowing money went into the pocket of one of THF's own.

I would recommend Mark to anyone that needs roofing work. Our roof had hail damage and needed to be replaced. Mark met with the insurance adjuster and got everything covered. He and his crew did great work and were very quick. He was great to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Drop Tine, aka Mark, just completed my metal roof yesterday. Man, does it look great. This will be the last roof I will have to replace in my lifetime. Mark is a man of his word and does what he says he is going to do, which is hard to find in a contractor these days. I was able to upgrade to metal cheaper than I expected without breaking the bank. I highly recommend Mark and his crew for any of your roofing needs.

Mark just came by and repaired the roof damage from the little twister that went through Rhome a week or so ago. He wouldn't take a penny from me.
BTW, It was very light damage, only the flashing was lifted on the windward side. His roofs are certified twister resistant.

After all the spring storms I called insurance company and it's time for a new roof. I've had great success with guys from the forum and Mark and C & F Discount Roofing were no different. Mark made time that worked with my schedule to meet with me to to over insurance info, got me all the info needed to deal with my homeowners association, kept me updated with schedule changes due to rains, they didn't leave a mess in my or my neighbors yards, and the roof looks great!
I would not hesitate to call Mark for any roofing need!

Can't speak highly enough about Mark! Put on a new roof in 2016. Recently had him take a look at my roof as we are getting house prepped to sell. After spring 2017 hail, I couldn't spend 5 minutes in my front yard without being solicited by roofing companies telling me I needed a new roof. Mark recommended replacement of the soft metals and even wrote up a roof inspection report indicating roof was in good shape.
You need roof work done, want the job done right, and want someone who you can trust, call Mark.

Just had Mark and his guys out this week to take care of my roof. Top notch job, and hassle free. Mark even came out to meet the insurance adjuster to make sure it was handled correctly. Personally inspected the finished work and then inspected my yard to make sure no trash or nails were missed! Stand up guy whom I would STRONGLY recommend to anyone needing roof work or even an inspection.

Marks is good people! He did a great job on our roof last week, looks great. His guys were even able to re-shingle an area under a patio roof that attaches to the main roof that another roofer told me he couldn't do.
He is the fourth or fifth roofer I've done business with and if I need another I will be going back to him.

C&F did a great job for us. I was in a bind, selling a house and found out near the end we needed a roof put on. The insurance adjustment was made, I called on Mark and told him my situation. We needed it done quick so we could close on time. Mark got it done. The business end of it was easy, he was responsive, delivered on time and his crew did a great job. Mark came to my home this morning for a roof inspection. He came all the way from Denton, was on time and gave me a detailed explanation of what he found. Got a very reasonable quote to replace my entire roof, some great advice and we had a nice chat. He will get my business in the near future.

Mark (Drop Tine) and his crew put a new roof on our house yesterday and did an outstanding job. Very professional group of workers that knocked it out in one day and cleaned up like they were never there. Easy to work with. Can't recommend strongly enough.
