The Swamp!
We went thru here about six years ago while on vacation with the boys. We only enter the north entrance and had a great visit. This trip I wanted to explore all three major entrances....The National Wildlife Refuge entrance on the east side, the public/private park at the north entrance we visited before where most of these pictures were taken and the state park entrance on the west side. We beat the weather early in the day at the east entrance but arrived at the north entrance just before the bad weather caught up with us. We hoped to make it to the west entrance after the storm passed but it lingered so we were only able to drive around a bit at those entrances. We also missed out on a couple start parks in the panhandle as the rains from the tropical storm finally caught up with us......
