Bobcat

Bobcat - 02/09/18 04:32 PM

I was hunting in Dec. of 2016 when a group of does suddenly noticed something in the brush. By their reaction I knew it was a bobcat or coyote. They ran off and this bobcat came in. I squeaked it closer to the blind and when it stopped a terrace I took some pics. I kept squeaking it closer to the blind, stopping a few times and at the end it was less than 3 yards from me.

Howdy stx,
Great pics and patience!
If you had one of those fuzzy little balls on top of your stocking cap you may have wound up in combat.

Thanks again. I like to take pics of bobcats every time I see them. There are becoming more and more common as far as daylight sightings of them.

Beautiful cat.
After hunting them for years, then observing them for quite a few more, I only shoot them with my camera now.

Nice photos. I can't seem to get shots that clear with my Cannon. Must be user error in my part.
