I shot this beautiful Tom as he was stalking a spike at the feeder. Prettiest bobcat I have harvested.
He was and Tom and weighed 31.4 lbs.

Beautiful cat. I called in a biggun to 20 yards on Sunday, but just couldn't pull the trigger. We kill all the coyotes we see but I've never been 100% sure about shooting bobcats. Landowner only runs cows so they are not hurting him any. Are they hard on fawns? I'm in no way meaning to be critical of taking a bobcat, just trying to sort out my own reasons to shoot or pass next time.
