Put it in 4 wheel drive and go rofl bolt

That will be fun pulling that dozer out, good luck.

I got it out. I broke three chains and the hook on a cable. Finally used a half inch cable and the D-7 to pull it out. This is the best I have stuck it in a long time.

Nice that you had the D7, the last one I stuck we used 5 ton chain falls and lots of sweat.
Glad we had a large white oak close by.
If you use one long enough it will either get stuck or break in the worst place possible.

I had an operator run a D10 smooth out of fuel right in the middle of a moisture condition lift for a LARGE retail pad; then he just couldn't figure out why we were angry with him.

When we got our little dozer the first thing my FIL (used to run equipment for the hwy dept.) told me was I don't care how dry you think the tank is make sure before you get any where near it.

Glad its out Don, sure is nice to have the right tools for the job... I don't think a pickup truck would have done any good.

At least you didn't have to exit via the emergency window behind the seat!

FWIW, I have a buddy that would attach railroad ties to the tracks to get his dozer unstuck.

I tried cedar post but that did not work. The D-7 did it for the second time.

I hooked a long cable to it and pulled it back over with the JD. Only trouble is the cables that work the loader are now not where they should be. Always interesting around here.

Impressive, can I come play? I have stuck, broken and run diesels empty in the worst place possible.
Wet day and put a tractor all the way to the belly then stuck my truck trying to get close enough to wench it out. An 8 mile walk home and this was before cell phones so within 2 miles someone picked my up and gave me a ride home. Had to wait till the ground froze to get it out.
