Wait til later. It will be warmer. I cleaned one the other night at 22* and it made my hands hurt.

I know I have meat in freezer sure hard to clean when this cold!!

At least you don't have to hurry and get it iced. Always like harvest in cold weather. You can hang it.

If your hands get cold, just jam 'em into the body. Plenty warm.

Had two deer hang overnight this weekend... in the morning they were frozen.

Went out this Am late in stand at 7:45 windy warm did nothing right but man I saw 5 doe and 1 descent 8 point by 8:30 great hunt
