Homemade Boat Blind

Homemade Boat Blind - 09/19/16 02:49 AM

Here is my first attempt at a collapsible boat blind. Since the pics were taken I have completed the starboard side. When folded, both halves of the blind rest stacked together on the port side of the boat. I have about two hundred bucks in it and that includes the 50.00 bender I had to buy. I saved a bit of money by making all the brackets instead of buying Bimini hardware.

As you can see in the last pic, my dog stands out pretty badly. I suppose I'm gonna have to buy some shadow grass stencils and paint her to match..

Haha. Yep! being a water fowler is a special condition/disease that is very unfortunate to have. The stuff we will do/ the money we will spend just to shoot a duck or goose is rather humorous (unless your the one spending the money). Its just straight mental.
