On The FISH Alligator Gar Fishing In Texas - 09/10/16 10:17 PM

I was supposed to fish today but it didnt end up happening so i figured i would do some editing instead. I put a couple of trips of videos together for this video, no real monster alligator gar but some around 100 pounds were caught and released and allot of drag was pulled those days. going to be back on the water in the next few days looking to find that alligator gar over 8 foot that i know is out there.
Alligator Gar are the largest predatory freshwater fish in the United States, they can grow to be 10 feet long and weight 400 pounds and can live to be 90 years old or more.
They have lived on the planet literally unchanged for nearly 147 million years since the beginning of the Cretaceous period, making them a true living dinosaur that has survived the test of time.
