Coon on your ear?

Just curious if anyone had seen anything like this before? Or for that matter, had any explanation for this. Woke up one morning and she had a dead coon locked on to her ear. Hell of a dog, but always finding trouble

Don't know what the heck happened there. I'd be worried about rabies.

She was trying a new fashion statement. It didn't work out. Shoulda` used a red squirrel.

Many a coon hound have had their ears shredded by coons latching onto them during fights. My guess is your dog killed the coon in a fight and the coon latched onto the ear during it's death throes or your dog found it mortally wounded on a road and the coon latched onto the ear as a last act of defiance. Or, it's quite possible that I don't have a clue about what I'm talking about!

I have seen them lock up like that before...suckers are mean ...

Lock jaw...At least she didnt come home with a nose ring and butterfly tattoo

'Second time I've heard "Coachella". First time was when my arrogant, narcissistic (but very successful) 27 year-old son-in-law texted me a picture of his Mohawk for "Coachella".

I've never heard of this "festival" before. One day, at one of these "adventures" of theirs, somebody's gonna find out he's a Republican and beat the tar out of him.

That was my impression of the photo. Pup is looking for help.

Not to mention she also fell 40 feet into a cave about a year before this. Had to get spelunkers to drop down in and get her out. She was in there for almost 24 hours.

And she had a run in with a javelin. That dog does have her stories

This would be a first. Never seen that before. They are mean little devils that always make it easier for me to shoot them when they give you that scowl before injecting them with lead.

Those are just the stories that you know of, think of what that dog does when you aren't around. Love it!

Just one question.....How much money did Scooter offer you for that dog.....
