How long is the Ibex

This picture is about a month or so old.Darted him to trim his hoofs and measured him. How long are his horns?

Outside.Over the tops of the knots.

Was that the long side or were both sides same length?
My first guess was 24" then changed it to 26". Horned animals are difficult for me to guess length on with me not seeing many of them.

I only guesstimated on the front horn.

Measured the left horn. My son was sitting on him while I worked on his feet. People guessed from 22 to 34 inches. I am wondering if some of those that guessed long are some of the same that see all the 150" Buck deer.

I was thinking two feet, but leaning towards 27 inches. Good game guessing what it was!!!!

I've never seen one before so my guess was a shot in the dark, and the angle made me believe they were longer than they look

I try to guess what is six inches then add it up using that as a gauge. That and a great deal of SWAG!

He is easily 30"+ Nice looking animal.
