Looks good Scooter. Had some the other day sprinkled with steak seasoning, into a screaming hot cast iron skillet for about 90 seconds per side then just a little dab of butter to finish them off. Laid beside some green beans and mashed potatoes.
How do you like the foodsaver? I still use the saran wrap and freezer paper method. When it comes to backstraps they usually aren't in the freezer long enough to matter but curious for other meats we put away.

Only way to roll IMHO..I think you have a better seal, but you method has worked for many years also
