I was lucky enough to take my widest buck to date a couple weeks ago on my Birthday. Couldn't have asked for a better present! He was 21 5/8" inside and rough grossed 145" (with the small 1 3/8" kicker of his right G2). Wish I had some better pics but this one was the best. We had pics of a nice 10 and when I saw this one in the mesquites, I looked at his headgear for about 2 seconds and thought it was him so I took my attention away from his rack and tried to calm myself down. He finally turned broadside at about 230 yards and I squeezed one off. I was surprised, to say the least, when I finally got to him and realized we never had a pic of this buck and how wide he was but I sure am glad he showed up on my last evening to hunt!
