Don't get me wrong I am proud of my 170 1/4" deer this year. This guy shows up everyday.

I did get some great video of him last week though. Ready to see what he is next year. He should survive unless he jumps the fence.

Oh yea he has put on quite a bit since last year. I hope to find his sheds this year as he comes down the same draw everyday to the feeder. Gonna keep the feeder going see when he drops. Then it will be saddle the horses and ride looking in plum thickets all day.

Agreed. There is no mule deer in this area either. Gonna be an awesome deer next year if he makes it.

Here he is last year when I was cruising the ranch. This is taken through my rifle scope with my phone. So the quality is not the best.

If you have a 170" deer you got the bigger buck.
That is a great deer but not 170"

I know he aint 170" and never said he was, but score is not everything to me. I like character just as much as score.

Only 2 of us hunt this ranch. A few family members hunt during the holidays but only 3-4.

So not many buck get shot.
