Personal best!! Bosque County

I got this deer Sunday morning in Bosque County... Low fence with a 30-30 open sites. My best deer thus far!! Any thoughts on score? 19.5" inside.

That's a great deer. My wife and I hunt in Bosque Co as well. It's a hidden gem for big deer. I bet that deer will go 160"

I don't think he will score as high as some might predict because the mass and palmation takes away from the tine length. I'll say mid 140s. Should make an awesome mount though! That's a buck anyone would be happy to take in almost any county. Congrats!!!

Hunted Bosque for many years and never saw anything close to that.

haha! Bobo, I was pretty close if your measurements are accurate. That buck has great mass and beam length even though his tine length is somewhat short. Heck of a deer!

That's too bad Kenny. I saw about twelve different bucks opening weekend and four of them were 10s. Wife is still holding out for a giant buck but I took a 10 opening weekend. Bosque county is coming around I think.

That's a nice buck. What part of Bosque county? I have a spit of land off 1713, in Cedron Creek, just west of Lake Whitney, and we've seen some nice bucks this year.
