9-19-15 Had a lone bird show up on the water a couple minutes after legal. Couldn't be sure if it was a duck or not until it quacked. It jumped and got taken out. Had a flock of twelve plus fly behind a few minutes later but they weren't interested. About 15 minutes later the same flock was seen moving around again. Saw another larger flock high off in the distance. With no ducks giving us any looks I started hunting dove. Right after shooting the first dove, I noticed a lone teal on the far end of the water. It could feel my disgust and immediately jumped and flew off. About 40 minutes later as I was watching some dove about 10 teal come crashing into the decoys to my right. We ended up dropping 8 of them. We couldn't reload fast enough as one circled us two times and flew off. Shot the second dove after finishing off a cripple to the right.
