Horn Injured? meet AR's ?

Ok fellas - this is on a new place so I don't have any history on him to compare to.
Was this guy injured (in velvet)? or just a dirt-nap candidate? (does he meet AR's ??)
He is not the only buck around (got others with bigger / perfect racks).
Ideas? (sorry if I put too many pics...)

Just me, but I'd give him another year, just to see. He certainly looks old enough in a coupple of the photos, looks 4.5 plus to me.

IMO he looks 4.5, and if he's not any more than that at 4.5 I'd shoot him.

Awesome double throat patch; he will be easy to id if you let him walk.

good catch! - I hadn't noticed that. I checked my other bucks and none have the double patch.

This guy has a young doe that hangs with him, and they stay away from the other 'bachelor party' group.

Rack would make a good boot puller or bottle holder.

He looks fully mature to me. Not an injury. Will make AR.

If you like him or someone you take hunting does, I'd put the smackdown on him.

Not quite sure if he would make AR. His messed up beam on the leftis not spread out. Unique animal for sure, thinking maybe pass on this one.

I would wait to see what next year brings for him.
