Took my dog hunting

I have always loved hunting birds, but it is much more fun now watching my dog do her job. I think she likes it more than me, this was only her 4th time going and she retrieved mine and a buddies limit. Started watching from the sky more and even found 3 birds we thought we had missed. Tons of fun, I recommend a bird dog to everyone.

Nice looking dog! I've got a weim that is about 7...he was great at retrieving birds...haven't taken him out in a while. But he sure loved it when we went. Great dogs. She a purebred? Looks mixed...might just be the photo.

That is awesome. Never hunted dove with a dog, have have hunted pheasant with guys that had dogs, it was a blast. Met them in the field and they cared for those dogs more than their trucks.

I have never known any guys that had working bird dogs, so that looks like a treat.

BTW, the place you where hunting looks like they have a serious hay shortage
