africa with TOOTABI SAFARIS

I made my first trip to Africa in June and it was simply breathtaking.... hunting everyday for 13 days straight was a dream I was able to realize. I took quite a few animals. impala, black springbuck, common springbuck, Kudu, gemsbock, several warthogs, waterbuck, red hartebeest, wildebeest, and Blesbok. Amazing PH, Lammie, and his tracker Atti.... and 5 star accommodations at the main lodge. Amazing hospitality by the Buchner family. Firt rate people and first rate outfitter. Congratulations on your trophies. Now you've got the Africa bug. I am a fellow victim of the disease. Perhaps not the best time to catch it, but I'm sure you're like me and we'll both "make a plan" to get back, someway, somehow.

Congratulations. Now for the real fun of getting them back to the US. Took me ten months to get mine back and a total of $4,500 for a dozen trophies plus a few skulls and horns that we found while out hiking. Biggest delay for me was getting the permit for the common reedbuck. Seems that they have something their called Africa Time, and nothing will get done any sooner!!!

I just added to that package and customized my trip.... they advertise it here in the OUTFITTER section...

a lot of it was the little things... South Africa has rolling blackouts, or load sharing...
many nights we had dinner by candlelight....



the grounds were beautiful.... covered with this blooming aloe
