A few from the coast

Spent a few days down in Sargent Texas a couple weeks back and forgot to put up some images so hope you enjoy these.

This guy came to our crab boil. Look at my nephew in the background with a shovel he doesn't trust Uncle Chris.


No idea what this is, I just called it a Scooter fish because it's built just like him.
It looks like a shad that hit a rock real hard.

Some kind of badass eel that took a whooping to get to stay still for a pic. Big teeth, bad attitude, and the strongest critter for its size I ever seen.

No explanation needed.

Bought shrimp off this boat while he had nets down going across the water, it was tricky but I used my ninja skills, anything for bait.

I was there just after but that seems like a cool event.
