Exotics - 07/12/15 08:10 PM

We live about 5 minutes from the Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch so yesterday my wife and I bought an annual pass and drove around a bit. Saw quite a few other animals but in the mid day heat a lot of them were laying a ways off in the shade and way too many cars stopped to look at them. Gonna have to pick a better time the next trip.

1. Waterbuck
2. Watusi cattle. I don't know how they carry these horns. They are enormous.
3. Kudu . This was taken through the windshield. The kids in that car were screaming, in delight , I think. He turned his head a couple of time trying to get further in.
4. Sringbok and what we think is a young Rhea in the back. Hilarious expression.
5. Bongo

That is the wires and mine favorite shot also. It was laying in the grass and just popped it head up just before I took the shot.

Eddie Walker, you could be right, they also have Grant's Gazelles there.

I like that place, wife would like to own it. Last time we were there, there were about 80 cars waiting to get in. I can't remember what it cost, but I was kind of suprised at the money being made there.
