My new knife from MikeC, thanks Amigo! - 05/30/15 10:07 PM

I have had a hard time finding a knife that "fits" my big paws. My friend, Mike Conner "MikeC" on the THF took on the challenge and made me this fine piece. I appreciate fine craftsmanship and he has earned my respect.

A few pics below, one of me holding with my arm in it shows the knifes size a bit better.

Bonus was meeting DinkDodger when I picked it up who is now going to build me a custom rifle sling. Another two fine men from the THF. Thanks again Mike and if any members would like a quality knife get with him.

Nice Kent. Our taste in knives is similar. My Jason Fry knife is along those lines.

Nice to meet you as well Kent. If anyone gets a chance to meet Kent, don't pass it up. He is a hoot!

Unfortunately his photography skills do not do that knife justice. And his big mitts and huge arm make it look average in size. It is probably 10" OAL or better and has a very nice set of ebony scales. Very nice work Mike!

Yes sir, all of my knives come with a sheath unless the customer specifies that they don't want one. Some like to do their own leather work or have someone else do it. The sheaths that DinkDodger does for me are really nice. The ones that I make myself are totally functional but not nearly as pretty.
