Built this today. Was mostly scrap wood.

I'm still going to paint it. I'm just going to wait for the wood to dry out.

Ive been painting it several coats of paint through out the week. Ill post pics once its done being painted.

Im using kilz. Do i need to paint over the kilz paint? Can i use it as the only paint?

If you've put several coats of KILZ on it I think that should work; I don't think you need a finishing coat of something else.
