December 2013. The meat was actually really good and tender. I was pleasantly surprised it coming from an old buck.

It's been vacuum sealed and frozen since butchering.

Really nice buck! Taxidermist did a great job on your buck, like the way he/she rebuilt the brow tine up

Thank you! He did do a great job. I was iffy on getting the brow rebuilt but I'm glad I did. You can't tell at all.
