I've driven within 5 feet of this ol' boy when he's been out by the road. I think his vision is about gone.
Nice buck and pic. Looks like he was roughed up by some other bucks on his hind quarters

Have a buddy that lives on Canyon Lake. He has one of those feeding in his front yard almost daily. And a couple almost as good too. Last June we were sitting in the driveway having a few beers when a doe came around the corner of the garage and walked right up to us wanting some of our potato chips.
His wife and daughter had been feeding them.
We keep wondering if it's legal to take a deer with a ball peen hammer.
