Built a couple of feeders - 02/03/15 04:26 PM
Been working on a couple of feeders after work and on the weekends since my season ended. I think they should work out alright. What do y'all think.

Nice looking feeders
Try building a stand and fill next time.
Trust me... After using one you will never go back to the ladder/platform fill

The legs slide out to make transporting them easier.

Thanks everyone. The boxes for these feeders will hold 600# of corn.

Looks well built and a pain in the rear to fill.
Crank up feeders are the only ones I will use. other than free choice protein, and my next free choice feeders will be stand and fill, tired of the tractor bucket pluss its really hard to fill one by yourself out of a tractor bucket.

I've got a couple like these on my lease. They are not to bad to fill up but I always have one or 2 guys with me so no big deal for someone to go up and the other to hand up corn. Also have crank ups as well with these boxes, I like them just expensive to build when trying to find pulleys and a winch stout enough to handle that much weight.
