Most just straight Venison Sir, will take some dry dry old timey bacon from One Stop for my burgers to add a little moisture and Buck Rage has a trick to lay a Pinapple slice on top when you grill and put a dimple w Worchester sauce...I laugh at him but use it when hes not looking banana

up Pineapple for moisture or flavor? I guess it would do both, may give that a try, thanks brother cheers

Old 'Mexico'... I could teach the locals some new tricks. Anyhoo, what happens in Mexico stays in Mexico...Mostly, unless the fire at deer camp is just right.
